License Purchase

This guide walks you through the steps to purchase license to use the CountThings from Photos app for Android, iOS and Windows.

You can choose between periodical licenses (monthly and annually) if you count often and continuously or 24-hours licenses if you need to count once a week or a few times per quarter.
24-hours licenses are also available in packs if you need to distribute them to multiple devices.

At the end of the payment process, the license(s) will be automatically allocated on your device(s).

Log in to your CountThings.com account.

From your Overview screen, click Purchase License button.

Then click Next button.

Choose license

Choose between periodical licenses (monthly, annual) and 24 hours license packs.

Then click Next button.

Choose device

Select the device(s)

Then click Next button.

Recurring payment

Choose if you want the license to be renewed automatically.
If you choose Yes, you will be charged automatically for the renewal of the license(s) at the end of the period.

Then click Next button.

Order summary

Check order summary with your chosen license(s) and device(s).

Then click Next button.

Make payment
You can choose between 2 payment methods:

Pay with Credit Card through Stripe
6.1.1
Add your card number, expiration date and CVC code, then click Pay Now.
6.1.2
After a few seconds, a message will notify you that the purchase of a new license has been done successfully.

Pay with PayPal
6.2.1
Click PayPal and you will be redirected to PayPal website.
6.2.2
Log in with your PayPal account or if you do not have a PayPal account, please create one.

Open your CountThings from Photos app, click Account and verify the 7.2license allocation and the expiration date.
