Remote License Allocation

Your License will be allocated remotely by our support team for payments such as ACH, Check and International Wire
We recommend this method if you want to purchase an annual license or a large volume of licenses. You can have multiple devices under the same account, but each device requires a valid license. Contact us for more information regarding the Enterprise Account and Volume Pricing
To allocate your license remotely:
1. Download the latest version of CountThings from Photos App on the device/devices you want to use the app on.
2. If you already have an account, log in. If you don't have an account, create one on your device/devices. Check out how to Create Account if needed.
3. Our support team will need your account e-mail and the device code. From within the app, click Account to find "Account Email" and "Device Code". Check out how to Find Account Email & Device Code if needed.
4. Communicate your Account Email and Device Code to our support team at support@CountThings.com, or during your call with our experts.
5. We will remotely allocate the license and send you an email with the confirmation.
6. To verify the license allocation, click Account from within the CountThings from Photos App on your device.
