Assigning Counting Templates ensures accuracy and efficiency for your clients by offering only the tools they need in the counting process.
1. Log in in your OEM Admin Account using the CountThings Website (Portal).
2. From the left-side menu, go to Templates.
3. Open the dropdown of the Template Category that best matches your company's counting needs. (e.g. Tubes)

4. Once you've opened the category and identified the Counting Template you want to assign, click on the Associate icon (located at the lower-right corner of the Template).
(e.g. we want to associate the PVC Pipes Counting Template.)
5. The Associate companies to template PVC Pipes pop-up will open.
Check the box next to the company you want to assign the template to. You can use the search bar to quickly find a specific company. (e.g. we selected company@test.com)
Click the ">" button to associate the template to the selected company or click the ">>" button to associate the template to all the available companies.To remove the association, use the "<" or "<<" button.
6. Now, the selected company will appear on the right side of the pop-up.
Click Close to exit the pop-up once you've finished associating operators with the template.
You can return at any time to remove associations or assign other templates.
