In Snapshots you can create predefined app setup for different workflows or scenarios and then assign them to your operators.
With the help of Snapshots, you ensure that everything is already set when a user logs in to the CountThings app. Starting from Forms, to user interface and permissions, your users won’t need to make any additional setup.
1. Log in your OEM Admin Account using the CountThings Website (Portal).
2. Select from the left menu bar Snapshots.
3. Create a new snapshot by clicking on "+NEW SNAPSHOT" button. Complete the field with the required information (eg. Name: User 1; Description: App Settings) and then click Confirm.
4. Tap on the dropdown arrow to open the Customize your Screens menu. Here you can customize the apps interface however it suits your user best using the toggles.
5.In the Saving & Integration menu, you can choose which data to include in the final counting results, the file format and where to save the results. Also you can save the counting results directly into Cloud.
6. In the General Settings menu, you can configure the count markers, photo import location, measurement units for items, and interface settings (see Prepare Screen in the example). You can also enable/disable the Contextual Help
7. In the Form Builder menu, you can assign already created Forms to your user.
8. If you want to automatically push app changes to your user device, enable the Config Snapshot Auto-Update
9. After creating the right app setup, click Save on the top of the Snapshot Details Menu.
10. To assign the snapshot to your users, click on the three dots from the selected snapshot and select operators. Select the user you want to assign the snapshot from the "Available users (operators)" field. Click on the first arrow button to assign the user to the created snapshot.
