In Forms menu you can easily create and assign Forms to your users directly on their mobile device, using CountThings Portal.
1. Log in your OEM Admin Account using the CountThings Website (Portal).
2. Select from the left menu bar Forms.
3. Create a new Form by clicking on "+NEW FORM" Name the Form (e.g. Red Tubes) and select on which platform you want to assign the Form.
4. In Form Details menu you can enable/disable various settings regarding the created Form such as:
- Form Auto-Update ➜ every edit you make to the created and assigned Form, will be automatically updated on the user device
- Show Form on Prepare/Review Screen
- Open Form Filler before Saving ➜ use the "Fill Form" button to add any updates in the Form.
- Prompt to Fill Form Before Counting ➜ The Form will open automatically after you tap "Count" to double check the details.
- Exclude None Values
5. In Fields menu, add a new field to your Form by clicking on "+Add field".
6. Select the field you want to add (e.g. Textbox) and then click "Done".
7. In this example we choose the textbox field. Name the filed (e.g. Tubes) and give it a default value (e.g. 1). The textbox field has a list of settings which you can enable/disable based on your workflow needs.
8. If you want to sync the field with other form items, enable the "Sync with other form items". In the formula menu, choose the form and item you want to sync your form with. Then click on "Add form item".
9. After creating the Form, click on the "Save" button at the top right corner of the Form Details menu.
10. To assign the form to your users, click on the three dots from the selected Form and click on "Operators". You can assign/remove the Form to any user, at any time.
11. Assign users to the created Form by selecting the user, click on the top arrow to assign the Form and after that, click "close" to return to the portal.
