You followed the correct counting process, but the final counting results are not 100% accurate? Or you simply want to get in touch with us for a purchase request.
Contact us and we will help you right away.
If your counting results are not accurate, please make sure you are not in these three scenarios:
  • The current Counting Template does not match the items in your photo.
  • The photo was taken from a different perspective than the one suggested by the app.
  • The photo quality is low and items cannot be detected by our app.

Contact us from Home Screen
1. From Home Screen ➜ tap More button.
2. Tap Support button from the Evaluate section.
3. The Support Screen will open.
A. Fill in the required details. If you already have an account, these details will be automatically filled in.
B. In the Comments field type the issue you have encountered with your photo. (e.g. "I am interested in purchasing 50 licenses")
C. Tap Submit and our Support Team will contact you as soon as possible.
Contact us from Review Screen
1. If you encounter a counting problem, in the Review screen tap the Optimize Results button.
2. The Support Screen will open.
A. Fill in the details required. If you already have an account, these details will be automatically filled in.
B. In the Comments field type the issue you have encountered with your photo. (e.g. "The app did not count all the items in my photo. How can I optimize my counting results?"
C. Attach more example photos of your items if possible, so we can better understand your use case.
D. Tap Submit and our Support Team will contact you as soon as possible.
