Home Screen Customization
On the home screen, you’ll find three buttons related to how you want to get the photos for counting. Most users only need to use one of these options for their typical workflow.
The three options are:
-
PHOTO: Use an existing photo (e.g., photos already saved on your device or from external sources)
-
CAMERA: Take a new photo using your device's camera
-
SAMPLE PHOTOS: Count using sample images. This is useful when first exploring the app but is typically not needed during regular operations

Prepare Screen Customization
The Prepare Screen is an optional step that appears after selecting or taking a photo but before starting the counting process. Many users don’t need the functionality of this screen, so you can choose to skip it to simplify the counting process and reduce the number of steps.
On the Prepare Screen, you can:
-
Define a Counting Area: Select the specific area of the photo where the app should count. If no area is defined, the app will count from the entire photo. You can also set the app to automatically expand the "Area" sub-menu to minimize the number of taps/clicks needed.
-
Fill in Forms: Input relevant data using a custom form that you can create within the app.
-
Use Tools for Editing and Measuring: Access tools for minor image editing or to set calibration information if you’re using the app for measurements.
If your workflow doesn’t require these features, you can customize the app to skip this screen entirely.
