Total Count Form - Advanced

Disponible pour:
The Total Count feature helps you keep track of your counting results. When set properly, you can count different types of products, while keeping the total count result for each product separately.
For a better understanding of the Total Count feature, we will take the following scenario as an example: It’s inventory day and your company has to count two types of products: Square (square tubes) and Round (pipes), having different sizes. We will export the results in a CSV file.
First we created a Form in which we already integrated a database/CSV file (click here for guide).
You can also integrate your database in different ways.

In our case we created a Form that has two dropdowns: one for Products and one for Sizes.
You can choose to change the counting template automatically depending on the type of product you are working with by:
A. Selecting the Product dropdown.
B. Select the Change template based on value
C. Select the suitable counting template for each type of product. (Make sure to have the templates already downloaded from Templates Library).
