Brand Settings – Show Your Logo in the App – CountThings Portal

Show your logo on the Home screen of the CountThings app, in the “Your brand” area below the Photos and Camera buttons. Upload the logo once in the CountThings Portal and choose who sees it.

Who sees the logo

OEM Admin assigns the logo to companies. New companies start without a logo, so you decide which companies show your brand.

  • Enterprise Admin company ➜ the logo is set on its account and becomes the default for all its users.
  • Admin company ➜ the logo is shown for the Admin and all its users.

Enterprise Admin follows the same steps, but assigns the logo to its users instead of companies.

1. Log in to the CountThings website (Portal) with your OEM Admin or Enterprise Admin account.
2. Select Brand Settings from the MANAGE menu on the left. The three steps at the top of the page show the order: Upload your logo › Choose the companies that show it › Review & save.

3. Click “Upload your logo” (or drag the file onto it) and choose your logo. The logo appears under Logos with the status Not used yet.
  • File type: PNG or JPG, up to 2 MB.
  • Recommended format: 16:9, e.g. 1600 × 900 px – it fills the logo area best.

4. Check the preview. Preview in the app, on the right, shows how the logo looks on the Home screen. Click a logo to preview it.

5. Choose who sees the logo in the Companies section. Use the search, the role filters (All roles / Enterprise Admin / Admin) and the logo filter (Any logo / With logo / No logo) to find companies quickly.
  • One company ➜ choose the logo in the Logo column of that company.
  • Several companies ➜ tick the companies, choose the logo next to Set logo and click Apply.
  • All companies ➜ click Apply to all companies on the logo card, or Apply brand3.jpg to all companies above the list.

6. Every changed row is marked unsaved, and a bar appears at the bottom of the page. Click Review & save (or Discard to cancel your changes).

7. Check the changes in the Review changes window – for each company you see the logo Now and After saving. Click Save changes.

8. Done. The Logo column shows the new logo for each company.

Users see the logo on the Home screen of the app the next time they open the app.

Manage your logos

Click the three dots on a logo card to:
  • Replace image ➜ upload a new file for this logo.
  • Apply to all companies ➜ show this logo for every company.
  • Delete ➜ remove the logo from your list.

Use Add another logo only if some companies should see a different logo. To remove the logo for a company, choose No logo in its Logo column, then Review & save.

Tip

Without a logo, the “Your brand” area on the Home screen stays empty.
