Find Account Email & Device Code

The device code is an unique number assigned automatically after you install CountThings from Photos app and log-in to your Account Email.
Note: the combination of “Device Code” and “Account Email” uniquely identifies the device for licenses allocation.
This guide provides steps to find your “Account Email” and “Device Code” on both iOS/Android devices (Part 1) and Windows computers (Part 2).
Part 1: Locating your “Account Email” & “Device Code” on iOS and Android Devices:
1. Home Screen ➜ Account.
2. On the upper side of the screen you will find the Device Code and Account Email.
Part 2: Locating your “Account Email” & “Device Code” on Windows Devices:
1. Home Screen ➜ Account.
2. On the upper bar you will find both Device Code and Account Email.
