Create Users for your Enterprise Account
Applies to: All Platforms
This material will guide you through the steps of creating the users accounts for your employees and manage the distribution of licenses.
The Enterprise Account allows you to purchase multiple licenses annually and have full access to managing the distribution of the licenses, by using the "admin" account. As a Company Admin, you can create Users, assign permissions, and move Licenses across Devices.
Contact our support team
In order for you to receive an Enterprise Account, you have to contact our Support Team through e-mail at

B. Set the unique password for the user.
C. You can write individual notes for each created user (e.g. Count only stacks of PVC pipes).

F. Continue adding multiple users by clicking Add new user (e.g. we added one more user).

Allocate the licenses between users
It’s important to note that users will only be visible in the Devices&Licenses screen after they associate their user account with a device by logging into the CountThings from Photos app.
The Devices/Licenses screen has the following elements:
A. License pool details — total number of licenses, how many are assigned or unassigned and the End date of your license pool.
B. The device code and the user's name.
C. The license status for each user.
D. The e-mail address of each user, making them easy to be identified.
E. The Actions section which allows you to assign a license, remove a license of a specific user or move a license between users (from a user with an assigned license to one without a license). You can also flag users as inactive if they do not have a license assigned, or Edit note for specific users.
